New Delhi, May 17 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party senior leader Subramanian Swamy demanded that UPA-appointed Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan be removed from his post at the earliest in wake of the declining economic situation of the country. The Rajya Sabha MP said he opposes the term-extension of Rajan that expires on September. Rajan was appointed to the post by the previous UPA government in September 2013 for a three-year term. Swamy has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this regard.
