Bhiwandi, Apr 20 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activist Dayanand Nene claimed that 10,000 litres of water was used in building a helipad for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Radha Mohan Singh who visited the drought-hit Bhiwandi on Monday. Several parts of Maharashtra are witnessing unprecedented water shortage and drought. Section 144 has been imposed in some areas fearing war over water.
