New Delhi, Mar 04 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Friday cancelled the plea filed by a woman, who had accused TERI chairman R.K. Pachauri of sexual harassment, to cancel the bail granted to him. Speaking about the court’s order, Pachauri’s lawyer Ashish Dikshit said the court had dismissed the plea on the evaluation that throughout the investigation, Pachauri had fully cooperated with the team. Dikshit added that the decision was taken seeing that all the conditions were followed by the TERI chairman in the session court too.
