A court here on Monday rejected anticipatory bail to BJP leader Giriraj Singh in a case related to making hate speeches during election campaigning.

Last week, the Patna Civil Court had granted anticipatory bail to the BJP leader over his remark that critics of BJP's prime ministerial hopeful Narendra Modi will be sent to Pakistan.

However, Singh has not received any relief from the court in Jharkhand's Bokaro.
