Footage has emerged of shoppers being evacuated from Regent Street, London, UK on Tuesday afternoon after security scare.

Thousand of people were asked to leave a 600ft section of the street as police investigated an abandoned black cab.

According to local media, the street was reopened after the Metropolitan Police declared the area was safe.
