Ingredients:

- ginger
- 3 pods of garlic
- freshly desiccated coconut
- 3 chilies
- turmeric
- chilli powder
- garam masala
- salt
- coriander leaves
- water
- half lemon juice
- oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg whites

Method:

- Grind together – ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut, chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves add a little bit of water.

- Pour the paste in a bowl and add half lemon juice.

- Put oil in pan, cut the boiled eggs into half and mix it into the paste in the bowl. Leave it aside for 5 minutes

- Break two eggs and just take the egg whites. Take marinated egg and dip it into egg white and pour it in the pan and fry.

- Allow it to fry until its golden brown.
