It is commonly consumed as an accompaniment mainly with appam and puttu or less often with chapattis (Indian flat bread) or porotas (typical all flour flat bread which is popular in Kerala.
Ingredients:
5 Onions
1 Tomato
8–10 Curry Leaves
4-5 Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
1 Green chili (As per need)
4 Chicken eggs
Oil (As per need)
1 Teaspoon Sugar (Optional)
Salt (As per taste)
½ teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilies Powder
2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 teaspoon Fennel Seed Powder
Water (As per need)
