Nard Ndoka, kryetari i Partisë Demokristiane ka siguruar një mandat deputeti në zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit, falë përfshirjes si kandidat në listat e PD në Shkodër. Ai u shkëput nga koalicioni i majtë, pak muaj para zgjedhjeve dhe garoi me forcën e tij politike në aleancë me kryeministrin Berisha. Por sot, megjithëse e djathta kaloi në opozitë, kreu demokristian Ndoka thotë se do të votojë kabinetin e kryeministrit Edi Rama, për ti dhënë mbështetje një tjetër partie kristiane që është në aleancë me socialistët. I gjithë ky aksion politik e ka një bazë, shpjegon Ndoka: përpjekja për bashkim e forcave politike që përfaqësojnë katolikët. Por pa dhënë më tepër modalitete, sesi do të funksionojë bashkimi i këtyre subjekteve, ai shton se vetë do të jetë në opozitë Përçarja e demokristianeve në disa parti, sipas Ndokës ka dëmtuar më tepër këto forca politike.
