Qëndron prej vitesh ne këtë karrige me rrota, por nuk është privuar ndonjëherë nga puna. Kroati Ante Raos, qe drejton shoqatën e personave me aftësi te kufizuar na tregon, se kjo kategori numëron mbi 5 mije te punësuar ne vendin e tij. Për kroatet duket pak, edhe per vete faktin, se kane mbi 500 mije persona me aftësi te kufizuar. Por ne Shqipëri ne total, jane me pak se 100 persona te kësaj kategorie, qe kane nje vend pune. Per këdo, qe mendon se është e vështire te punësosh nje njeri ne te tille problem, kroati Raos e ke një përgjigje. Sipas ligjit shqiptar, ne çdo 24 te punësuar, i 25-ti, duhet te jete nga kategoria e personave me aftësi te kufizuar. Ne te kundërt kompanitë duhet te derdhin ne fondin e paaftësisë, një page. Por ne Shqipëri nuk është krijuar as vete fondi ne fjale. Konferenca rajonale për personat me aftësi te kufizuar, nxori ne pah, se Shqipëria renditet nder vendet e fundit, jo vetëm për punësimin, por edhe integrimin e kësaj kategorie.
