Kryetari i PS-së Edi Rama është bere pjese e çeljes se sezonit turistik ne Vlore, qytetit ku ai do te kryesoje listën e socialisteve për zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit. Duke e cilësuar Vlorën si kryeqytetin e pavarësisë, Rama akuzoi jo vetëm qeverinë Berisha, por edhe qeveritë nder vite për izolim te qytetit bregdetar. Mes mohimit te fondeve dhe betonizimit tha Rama, Vlora është lëne ne harrese, por sipas tij rruga e rilindjes do te nise pikërisht këtu. Sipas Rames pas 23 qershorit Vlora do te filloje te marre fryme lirisht për te treguar se asgjë nuk është e pamundur. Te pranishëm ne ceremoninë e hapjes se sezonit turistik kane qene edhe drejtuesit e pushtetit vendor dhe kreu i OSBE, Eugen Wollfarth.
