Pas me shume se një viti hetimesh, prokuroria e Tiranës është drejt mbylljeve se dosjes, ne lidhje me abuzimet dhe mbifaturimet e kompanisë CEZ ne kohen kur kjo drejtohej nga ceket, ne kurriz te qytetareve shqiptare. Materiali voluminoz, është hetuar nga njësia task-force, e cila ka verifikuar ankesat e mbi 14 mije abonentëve. Vizion Plus ka mësuar se nen hetim janë mbi 15 persona, kryesisht faturistë, te cilët dyshohet se kane kryer realizuar skemat abuzive ne shkelje te ligjit. Mësohet se kane qene 3 mënyrat, me ane te te cilave realizoheshin mbifaturimet. Rruga e pare e përdorur, është ajo me ane te ndërhyrjes ne sistemin e matësve, duke manipuluar te dhënat. Kjo behej ne orët e para te mëngjesit. Me ane te aparatit te regjistrimit merrej numri i matësit te energjisë, për t'u kaluar fshehur ne rrjet. Për konsumatorët e thjeshte shumat arrinin deri ne 65 mije leke te reja, ndërsa për bizneset faturat abuzive kapnin shifrën e rreth 450 mije lekeve . Ne sistemin e te dhënave te CEZ, këto fatura te larta, justifikoheshin si gjoba për shkak te lidhjeve te paligjshme, ndërsa për viktimat qe gjobitura rezultonin fatura te rregullta aforfe. Mënyra e dyte, ndonëse me e kufizuar për nga numri i te prekurve, rezulton mbifaturimi për banesat e lëna bosh, dhe aplikimi i shpenzimit për garazhet dhe ambientet e përbashkëta, duke i faturuar ato me vete. Ndërsa mënyra e trete, është përdorur fryrja e kamatave, për ata konsumatorë, qe nuk paguanin brenda afatit energjinë e konsumuar. Prokuroria është duke hetuar se nëse ky abuzim ka qene një politike e kompanisë, apo është kryer nga vete punonjësit për përfitime personale. Hetimet ndaj CEZ, kane nisur pas ankesave te qytetareve ne vitet 2010-2011.
