Opozita i ka përcjelle shqetësimin e saj për ndarjen e mandateve trupit diplomatik te akredituar ne tirane. Sekretari për çështjet zgjedhore Damian Gjiknuri i shoqëruar nga eksperti Bledar Cuci ka zhvilluar nje takim me përfaqësues te OSBE dhe komisionit evropian ku i ka cilësuar manovra te paligjshme dhe te rrezikshme veprimet e fundit te ministrisë se brendshme ne lidhje me regjistrin kombëtar te popullsisë.
Por ndërsa PS këmbëngul se përcaktimi i mandateve nga kolegji zgjedhor do te ishte goditje shume e rende për besueshmërinë e procesit elektoral te vitit 2013, PD po pret zbardhjen e vendimit nga ana e administratës se KQZ, për ta ankimuar ne kolegj. Vendimi për ndarjen e mandateve u rrezua pak dite me pare ne KQZ pasi opozita hodhi dyshime mbi lëvizjet e mëdha te popullsisë ne qarkun e Kukesit si rezultat i te cilave ky qark ruan 4 mandatet e deputeteve.
