Although the financial crisis and a reduced budget for 2013, some ministries in Kosovo funds for next year have doubled, while for some others are reduced to the maximum. For the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development, that of the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Health spending in the budget of 2013 have increased significantly. But not all institutions have the same luck to obtain more funds to cover planning tools. With major reductions are planned for the Ministry of Environment, for which 66 million euro that had the budget in 2012, in 2013 there will be only 43 million. As for the other ministries, the budget next year will be really a luxury, as it will not only increase funds for goods and services but also the funds for salary increases. Increase the budget for some ministries and reducing the maximum for some other has been criticized by experts in the field in Pristina, while Kosovo's finance minister Bedri Hamza has justified this change in government meeting with the fact that for some departments in 2013 capital expenditures will increase significantly, while for some other ministry of transport costs will be reduced. The department has undergone significant reductions, from 614 million euros in the budget of 2012, next year will be available to only 70 million.
