Nënkryetari i grupit parlamentar të Partisë Socialiste Erion Braçe, ka akuzuar në mënyrë të drejtpërdrejte Ministrin e Mbrojtjes Arben Imami se ka shkelur kushtetutën dhe ligjet e ushtrisë, duke armatosur Shërbimin Informativ te Ushtrisë para dhe pas 21 janarit, data kur ne Bulevard u vranë gjate demonstratës se opozitës, katër protestues. Braçe thotë, se Imami ka urdhëruar blerjen e pajisjeve për shërbimin e SHIU, duke shpërdoruar me shuma marramendëse fondet e ministrisë. Vetëm për një snajper sipas Braçes, janë shpenzuar 400 euro, ndërsa për një pasqyre për kontrollin e makinave 350 euro. Por armatimi i SHIU sipas tij, është me e renda dhe kjo sipas tij është kategorikisht e ndaluar. Brace në fund i bën një apel organit të akuzës.
