Çdo vit 10 fëmije shqiptare me probleme te renda ne zemër do te mund te kryejnë operacione te specializuara dhe falas ne Itali. Kjo është arritur pas një marrëveshje mes ministrisë se shëndetësisë dhe qeverise italiane. Numri 2 i shëndetësisë Fatbardh Saphia deklaroi se lehtësi financiare do te kenë dhe pacientet e tjerë te mitur te cilët mund ti drejtohen spitalit te Xhenovas dhe ne rruge jo zyrtare. Marrëveshja mes dy vendeve parashikon edhe ndërtimin e qendrës se hemodinamikes ne Shqipëri e cila ndihmon për trajtimin e disa patologjive te zemrës pa operacion.
