Ne një kohe kur nuk kane marre ende zgjidhje mosmarrëveshjet mes te djathtëve e te majtëve për drejtimin e Këshillit te Qarkut te Fierit, një vendim i Gjykatës se Apelit ne Vlorë ka thelluar edhe me shume konfliktin mes tyre. Gjykata e ka cilësuar jo te ligjshëm procesin e rikonstituimit te Këshillit te Qarkut vitin e kaluar, ku koalicioni i djathte iu mori te majtëve 9 vende, duke fituar shumicën. Ndërkohë, i zgjedhuri nga demokratet dhe i certifikuar nga Prefekti si kryetar, pretendon se vendimi është i padrejte dhe se koalicioni i djathte ka shumicën ne këshill me 51 anëtarë. Këshilli i Qarkut te Fierit ka ne përbërje 96 këshilltarë, qe pas vendimit te fundit e rikonfigurohet me 54 anëtarë te majte dhe 42 te djathte. Konfliktet për drejtimin e qarkut ne fier kane degjeneruar deri ne përplasje fizike mes palëve.
