"Proces me transparent për shpërndarjen e reklamave shtetërore." Me këtë rekomandim, qe ne vetvete mbart notat e një kërkese konkrete, përfaqësuesja e OSBE për median Dunja Miatovic, i është drejtuar qeverise shqiptare ne përfundim te vizitës se saj tre ditore ne Tirane. Miatovic është kujdesur te theksoje se kjo problematike nuk ishte vetëm një perceptim i saj, por një shqetësim i bazuar ne fakte konkrete. Duke analizuar rrugën qe media shqiptare ka nisur drejt procesit te transformimit nga transmetime analoge ne dixhitale, përfaqësuesja e OSBE ka kërkuar se pari një reformim rrënjësor te KKRT. Miatovic tha se ne takim me kryeministrin Berisha kishte gjetur mirëkuptim për dekriminalizimin e plote te shpifjes. Por ajo theksoi se OSBE ofron mundësinë qe puna te nise pas një jave. Përfaqësuesja e medias ne këtë organizate ngriti fort edhe alarmin e parimit themeltar te se drejtës për informim.
