17 kryetare socialiste te bashkive dhe komunave bregdetare kërkojnë shfuqizimin e moratoriumit te skafeve. Ne emër te drejtuesve vendor socialiste, kryebashkiaku i Durrësit, Vangush Dako, e cilësoi pengese serioze për zhvillimin e turizmit ndaj u beri deputete ne parlament te miratojnë për heqjen e moratoriumit.
Pak dite me pare mazhoranca rrezoi ne Komisionin e Sigurisë draftin e opozitës për shfuqizimin e moratoriumit te skafeve. Sipas deputeteve socialiste ai është kthyer ne një pengese serioze për turizmin bregdetar. Por kjo kërkese nuk u miratua nga demokratet me argumentin se moratoriumi është një nga nismat e suksesshme për ndalimin e trafikut. Megjithatë si opozita ashtu dhe kryetaret e bashkive bregdetare e kane cilësuar absurd dhe te padrejte shtyrjen dhe për tre vjet te tjerë te këtij moratoriumi duke sjelle pasoja negative për turizmin.
