Grupet e interesit kane paraqitur para Komisionit te Ligjeve propozimet për ligjin e Gjykatës Administrative. Përfaqësuesit e biznesit kërkuan amendimin e draftit, për te ngritur 12 Gjykata ne qarqe dhe 3 Apeli, ndryshe nga sa është projekti i qeverise qe parashikon 6 te tilla. Biznesi propozoi gjithashtu qe ne radhët e gjyqtareve administrative, te rekrutohen edhe eksperte te fushës ekonomike. Por shoqatat e gjyqtareve dhe avokateve e kundërshtuan këtë propozim dhe kane këmbëngulur qe gjyqtaret administrative te vijnë vetëm nga magjistratura. Pas miratimit në parim të hënën e shkuar të projektligjit për Gjykatën Administrative, i mbetur peng i mosmarrëveshjeve për më se tre vjet në Kuvend, Komisioni i Ligjeve do te vazhdoje nesër diskutimin e projektligjit nen për nen, mes anëtarëve te tij.
