Ka qene te shumta gratë qe nuk kane festuar ne ditën e 8 marsit. Dhjetëra punonjëset e Bashkise se Tiranes qe janë pushuar para pak muajsh nga puna janë mbledhur ne hotel "Diplomat" se bashku me këshilltarët socialiste për te reaguar ndaj pushtetit qe i ka lëne për arsye politike, ne rruge te madhe. Ndërkaq gratë demokrate janë mbledhur ne Pallatin e Kongreseve; ku kane pritur kryeministrin Berisha nen tingujt te këngës "Kam nevoje për një hero", e ky i fundit ka kërkuar me shume angazhim për ta bere shoqërinë me humane. Ambasadori i bashkimit evropian Etore Sequi ka zhvilluar një takim me gazetaret; duke vlerësuar rolin e tyre e duke premtuar një hapësire te re për to ne raportin e progresit. Presidenti Bamir Topi ka zgjedhur te takoje gratë ne ushtri dhe gazetaret për t'iu uruar festen e 8 marsit. Ndërkohe qe dhjetëra gra kane protestuar para selisë se kuvendit duke kërkuar një përfaqësim me te drejte te tyre ne parlament dhe vendimmarrje.
