Drejtuesit Rajonale te Arsimit ne Kukës, Has e Tropojë kane vendosur pezullimin pa afat te procesit mësimor. Te gjitha komunat e rrethit te Peshkopisë dhe Bulqizës ku temperaturat shënojnë deri ne minus 20 grade celsius, janë te bllokuara. Ne Trebishte raportohet dëmtimi i çative te disa shtëpive dhe një shkolle. Ne qarkun e Shkodres vazhdojnë te jene te izoluara 17 komuna me rreth 60 mije banore. Banoret e Vermoshit ku dëbora shkon ne 3 metra, kane kërkuar ndihme si ne ushqime edhe ne emergjenca shëndetësore, por fluturimi i helikopterëve nga ajri këto dite ka qene i pamundur për shkak te erës se forte. Ndërsa ne qytetin e Shkodres situata duket se është përmirësuar disi, pasi reshjet e shiut kane shkrire dëborën. Ne qarkun e Korçës janë te izoluara zonat e Lekasit, Vithkuqit e Trebinjes. Ndërsa akset nacionale janë te kalueshme. Në Gramsh rezultojnë te bllokuara rrugët e 7 fshatrave të komunës Porocan.
