Këtë vit çdo ilaç përkrah pullës se sigurisë do te ketë edhe një pulle fiskale si mallrat e tjerë te konsumit. Pas aplikimit edhe te TVSh mbi barnat çmimi i tyre rrezikon te rritet me 20%.
Apeli vjen nga kongresi i farmacisteve te Shqipërisë te cilët kane kundërshtuar vendosjen e kësaj pulle, qe do te përballohet nga pacientet. Farmacistet dolën me një rezolute te përbashkët ku kërkojnë rishikim te ligjit te miratuar kohe me pare duke këmbëngulur ne rivendosjen e kushtit te distancës për hapjen e një aktiviteti te ri. Sipas përfaqësuesve te ministrisë se shëndetësisë te pranishëm ne kongres, pulla fiskale do te vendoset ne ilaç dhe ne recetën qe sjell pacienti nga mjeku. Ne këtë mënyre arrihet te kontrollohet shitja e medikamenteve për te evituar abuzimet nga ana e farmacisteve. Ndërsa përfaqësuesit e opozitës ne komisionin e shëndetësisë pohuan se kjo pulle do te rendoje me tej xhepat e pacienteve. Sipas tyre vetëm nga aplikimi i TVSh për ilaçet buxheti i shtetit ka përfituar 20 milionë euro, te ardhura qe janë përballuar nga te sëmuret.
