Ne mbledhjen e konstituimit PD ka deklaruar qarte se 80% e rregullores nuk preket pasi është sipas standardeve ndërkombëtare, ndërkohë qe Namik Dokle ne emër te PS ka këmbëngulur se duhet një ndryshim i thelle ne frymën e rregullores. Kryetarja e parlamentit Jozefina Topalli ka pranuar se ka hapësira për ndryshime ne rregullore edhe pse, sipas saj, ajo është një prej rregulloreve me te mira krahasuar edhe me vendet e tjera te BE. Edhe pse vendimi për ngritjen e grupit te punës thekson se rregullorja duhet amenduar sipas shembullit te parlamentit evropian siç ka këmbëngulur maxhoranca, pak dite me pare kreu i delegacionit te PE për Evropën Juglindore, Eduard Kukan ka deklaruar se ajo nuk i përshtatet Shqipërisë, pasi rregullorja e parlamentit evropian ka një profil tjetër për shkak se menaxhon deputetet e 27 vendeve.
