Pas rreth një vit nga demonstrata e 21 janarit, prokuroria e rrethit gjyqësor te Tiranes ,merr ne pyetje një nga protagonistet e ngjarjes, duke nisur nga deputeti socialist Sajmir Tahiri.
Për rreth 60 minuta, Tahiri ka dëshmuar për anën organizative te demonstratës ku humben jetën 4 qytetare duke dëshmuar siç tha ai, atë qe ai ka pare ne orët e dhunshme. Deputeti socialist, ka dëshmuar dhe për turmat e konfrontuara me forcat e sigurisë ne ambientet e kryesiministrise, duke mbrojtur faktin se ka qene policia qe ka provokuar protestuesit dhe jo e kundërta. Dosja për ngjarjen e 21 janarit ende nuk është mbyllur dhe katër prokuroret e ceshjtes, nuk kane dale ende ne një përfundim ne lidhje me ngjarjen nga e cila mbeten te vrare katër protestues.
