Vrasjet makabre te këtij viti, ku bashkëshortët kane arritur deri aty sa tu sharrojnë trupin grave te tyre, kane shtyre rrjetin e organizatave te shoqërisë civile te protestojnë para kryeministrisë, ndërsa aty mbahej mbledhja e radhës. Ato kane kërkuar përfshirjen ne Kodin Penal te një neni te veçante për dhunën ne familje për t`ju dhënë agresoreve dënimin e merituar. Me fotot e grave qe kane humbur jetën, stampuar ne një pëlhurë te zeze, shoqëria civile ka rikthyer ne kujtese edhe emra si Erieta Avdyli, vrare vite me pare, apo Irena, gruaja qe u zhduk pa u marre me vesh për fatin e saj. Te gjitha viktima te dhunës se bashkëshorteve qe ne me te shumtën e rasteve kane vetëm një motiv, xhelozinë edhe ne mosha mbi 60 vjeç. Protestueset kërkuan qe te punohet ne parandalimin e dhunës ne familje si shkaktarja kryesore qe çon ne degradim te marrëdhënieve qe shoqërohen me kryerjen e krimit.
