Shkon drejt fundit procesi gjyqësor për tragjedinë e Gërdecit. Gjykata ka hedhur poshtë sot 5 kërkesat e avokateve te cilët pretendonin për ri ekspertim te shkakut te tragjedisë, si dhe te dëgjoheshin nga fillimi dëshmitarët, me argumentin se kishin dale ne pah prova te reja.
Nëse pranoheshin kërkesat e tyre atëherë procesi do te shtyhej te paktën për disa muaj te tjerë. Deri tani ne këtë proces janë pyetur rreth 200 dëshmitarë, ndërkohë qe pala mbrojtëse hoqi dore nga dëshmitë e fundit. Tashme gjykata ka kaluar ne fazën e administrimit te provave shkresore, qe mund te zgjasin edhe 1 seance. Ne fund priten dhe konkluzionet përfundimtare te Prokurorisë e qëndrimi i mbrojtjes përpara marrjes se vendimit.
