Sipas te dhënave te marra ne bizneset shqiptare, shënohet një ulje me te paktën 30% e numrit te pushuesve. Arsyet janë te shumta. Por vete agjencitë turistike argumentojnë se me heqjen e vizave dhe kur Turqia u konkurrua nga Greqia, edhe pse jo aq luksoze sa e para, turizmi vendas mbeti ne klase. Mbyllja e këtij sezoni ka nxjerre ne pah edhe shume problematika te tjera duke nisur nga numri i aksidenteve, plot 475 me 73 viktima vetëm për dy muaj vere, e deri te ndotja apo çmimet e larta qe ndikuan jo pak ne rënien e shifrave te turizmit këtë vit ne Shqipëri.
