Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia says that DAP lawmaker Tony Pua should quit the Public Accounts Committee or abstain from the probe on 1MDB if he wanted to debate Arul and has threatened to resign if the conditions he set for the 1MDB debate are ignored.
