Beginner Low Impact Cardio Workout: 10/10/10 Series:

Floor Aerobics:
Go old school with basic floor aerobics moves. No hard moves and this is a great beginner cardio start. No jumping,low impact and you can take it at your own pace.

Upper/Lower Strength Training:
Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weight.

Core:
Ultimately we all want great looking abs – but we also have to realize that the entire core of our body is our physical foundation for everything we do in life. So by doing this 10 min section, you will set up your body for overall health and injury prevention for the long run. The focus will be on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular slings used to help with posture. Now that's a healthy core!
