Learn how to make tasty Vangyache Bharit / Baingan Bharta from our chef Archana. This quick 5 minute vegetarian recipe is not just healthy but also very easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
1 Eggplant (Baingan / Vanga)
2 Onions, chopped
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 Cup Curd / Dahi
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
- Apply some oil on the egg plant and roast it from all the sides on a medium flame. Once the eggplant is cooked remove it on a plate and allow it to cool.
- Peal off the black skin and mash the egg plant.
- In a bowl take the mashed eggplant. Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt & dahi.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve the Vangyache Bharit with hot bhakris.
