CNN has obtained footage taken shortly after the fatal shooting of Michael Brown that shows the reaction of construction workers who appear to be about 50 feet from the crime scene.

“He had is f--king hands in the air,” one of the men can be heard saying on the video. He told CNN they heard one gunshot and about 30 seconds later another gunshot. The men in the video can be heard saying, “Man he was going like this,” while raising their arms.

It is worth mentioning that the construction workers’ account is inconsistent with unverified previously released audio of the gunshots. In that recording, 11 gunshots can be heard over the course of about seven seconds.

The workers also told a CNN reporter that they saw Brown stagger 20 to 25 feet after he was shot.
