Khajoor ke baray mein Irshad-e-Nabvi (Peace Be Upon Him) hai k "Ye phal Jannat se hai or is mein zehar se shifa hai."

Khajoor mein carotene paya jata hai, jo body mein pohanch kar vitamin A mein badal jata hai. Is mein vitamin B kafi miqdar mein hai.
