Grzegorz Musial, the man who was behind the wheel, was recently sentenced to serve 14 months in jail, and following his incarceration police in Surrey, UK released footage of the incident. 

According to authorities, the trouble began shortly after Musial clipped the side mirror of a car while backing out of a parking space.
