The Oatmeal in this smoothie makes it perfect way to start your day!

Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) hemp milk
2 ice cubes
3 Tbsp (45 mL) rolled oats
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
1 banana, peeled of course

Method:
Combine in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Yield: 500 mL
Serves: 2
