Dates give a natural sweetness to this thick and rich smoothie.
Ingredients:
½ cup (125 mL) hemp milk
½ cup (125 mL) plain yogourt
¼ tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
1 or 2 dates, pitted
2 ice cubes
1 banana, peeled of course
Method:
Combine in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Yield: 350 mL
Serves: 2
