Ayesha introduces four Pakistanis living in America. She interviews Babar Qadri, one of the directors of South East Michigan Masjid Events, and also physician's assistant at the HUDA clinic which provides medical and dental services for the uninsured population of Detroit.

Ayesha then discusses balancing American, Pakistani and Muslim identities with Zaid Baig, a volunteer with ISNA's marketing and publicity team who participates in outreach to local masjids. Ayesha’s next guest is Saad Omar, an artist, entrepreneur, and educator that has used his gifts to educate and promote artistic expression for young Muslims, and is the founder of the "Poetic Vision Tour.” The host goes on to speak with Babar Harrie, a rap and spoken word artist who decided to change the message of the music that he created to reflect a more positive one.
