I’m sad to hear that you’re in pain
You feel at times your life’s in vain

Sometimes you don’t know what to do
I wish I could always be there for you

Folks drink all kinds of relaxing booze
Caused by someone that they lose

Yes it drowns that pain for awhile
It hurts so bad you cannot smile

But tomorrow we must again awaken
With all the pain that left us shaken

Is there an answer, my worried friend?
I hope very soon you’re on the mend.

I will read and comment on sad poems
But let’s remember, our life’s on loan

So try to find happiness where you can
I truly believe that IS God’s plan!
