She was left alone,
After the children had gone...
Oh, yes, they came every week,
Just to speak,
Just so they could say
They came that day...
The busy one,
The one who had a son...
Came to cook and clean,
Just to be seen,
And the angry one,
With her bitter tone...
Came to say a word,
Just to be heard...
And her son...
The Lonely one...
Wanted to say, some way,
I love you...
But he didn't know how.
And so, they went away.
And she was alone...
Lonely, and bitter,
And sad, and friendless,
Disillusioned, heart-broken...
Life Wasted....
Unhappiness tasted...
Heart aching...
Left.
