United States and Russian foreign ministers met Tuesday in Paris to discuss way to cooperate on tackling the Islamic State (IS). Russia said it would not join the coalition, but would finance the Iraqi army. Russia also accused the US of trying to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. teleSUR
