The Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia are meeting in Berlin to make sure that the accords reached in Minsk in September, 2014, and the truce reached in December are being abided by. Their goal is also to eventually bring together the presidents of these four countries to help reach a peaceful solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. teleSUR
