150g moongi ki dal (yellow lentils)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
Ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
½ tsp rai
Salt to taste
Red chillies
½ tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
2 tbsp garlic
Curry leaves
Green chillies
