Aayrolya is a type of pancakes made with multi grain flour sweetened with jaggery and flavored with charoli seeds. It is fried in ghee which makes it absolutely rich and delicious. 1 cup besan (chick pea flour)
1 cup rava (semolina)
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup jaggery syrup
1 tbsp Charoli (Chirongi nuts)
1 tsp crushed cardamom seeds
Ghee for frying
Salt to taste
Water
