Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk
200 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Sugar
1/4th tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
For Garnishing:
Chocolate Sauce
Honey
Sugar Balls
Method:
- In a large bowl, add some milk & sugar. Stir well till the sugar melts.
- Melt some butter and add it to the milk. Stir well.
- Add wheat flour, salt, baking soda. Mix everything well.
- Then add all purpose flour and again mix well.
- Add little milk while stirring to get a pouring consistency.
- Heat very little oil on a pan. Make round shaped pancakes and roast them till golden brown.
- Garnish the pancakes with chocolate sauce, honey and sugar balls.
