An Italian moutain town in Sicily, which has endured years of decline, is trying to revitalise its economy by selling several abandoned properties for one euro, or just a little over one dollar. But there is a catch - owners must promise to spend thousands of dollars more to restore the homes and hire local workers and bricklayers.
