Traffic cops to carry guns too for their safety

At a meeting chaired by acting provincial police chief Ghulam Haider Jamali at the Central Police Office on Tuesday, it was decided that all policemen, including traffic cops who were not entitled to carry official weapons, would be permitted to carry arms so that they could protect themselves against terrorist attacks.
