Yes, “marching all together”,
The men in lily white.
A tight defence,
So mighty.
Remember Jack,
With all his height.
Our lovely interpassing,
Oh, such a glorious sight.
And as for our opponents,
They just cowered down in fright.
We never tired of winning.
We’d never give up the fight.
“What’s it like to be outclassed? ” we’d sing,
(By Bremner, Giles and Gray) .
With Sniffer sniffing goals,
And many a Lorimer blast,
We’d send them, thrashed, on their way,
Yes, as we sang, outclassed.
