The sweet moments we tend to hold longer,
While sufferings are kept the very least,
Such when incessant winds had blown stronger,
Sweetness of life is not so much decreased;
Our lives are hewn like each a distinct shoe,
We take our pick that would seem to suffice,
Some lives are dull, some grand of so much hue,
As some dishes taste great, some lacking spice;
But mark, what we attain or hoard and keep,
Are times, not gems inside a treasure chest,
These memories of when we laugh or weep,
All pass as history like all the rest;
....May all such sweet moments themselves, repeat,
....To liven up our lives simple or great.
