Francis Duggan - Still Young In My Memory

Still young in my memory their faces I know
As they walk up the Main Street down towards Minor Row
Their shoulder length hair blowing in the wind and rain
The past in my memory does ever remain
I still picture them as they walk up and down
The familiar streets of Millstreet my Hometown
In hair dyes perhaps now they cover their gray
But in fancy I feel they have not aged a day
Some giggles and smiles as they walk on by
So lovely to look at yet seemingly shy
I cannot imagine them as getting old
The young maidens of Millstreet lovely to behold
Their shoulder length hair in the freshening winds blow
As they walk up the Main Street down towards Minor Row.
