Silence hums it's chilling tune,
Darkness is in full blinding bloom.
Ornaments from distant cities,
stand frozen collecting dust.
Radiatiors chink with eerie rhythm,
the ceiling looks fondly down upon us.

With lazy movement the sun
releases it radient red- yellow rays,
which penetrate the dusty dead-
skin coated curtains.
The room no longer silent, murmurs
in the morning marmalade light.
Light drinks darkness,
and burps out even more light.
The birds find thier voice,
do they have a choice?
Cars choke and moan as they start,
stiff limbs of mine move in slow motion,
moving more freely with every drop,
of the warming sunlight potion.
So a new day has begun,
and i feel the same,
slowly i shower,
readying myself for the journey
into the inner city's abottior.
