She hovers like a lonely lost cloud
I have no rope long enough to reach her
She begs for rescue but the wind is to loud
She fades into the distance like a falling feather.
On this green bed I grieve at her passing
Blades beneath my feet pierce flesh and bone
This fool had believed that love was everlasting
For that he stands under clear skies- Alone.
Not Long Left
